House Bill 0104, also known as the Firearm Protection Act, was introduced last week into the Wyoming House of Representatives.
The bill, which amends a previous law already in place, states that any attempt at banning semi-automatic firearms, limiting the size of a magazine, or any other limitations on firearms in the state will be unenforceable in Wyoming.
Representative Kendell Kroeker of House District 35 and several other state lawmakers are confident that the bill has a good chance of passing both the House and Senate, but they still are encouraging citizens to provide their input.
