KGWN's Kids: Meet Daniel

This week's featured kid is Daniel.  He's been waiting for a mentor for about three months.  He has an amazing sense of humor and loves sports!  A perfect mentor would most likely love hitting up the YMCA or hang out at the park in the summer time.  Checking out sporting events would be a great activity with Daniel.

Special Friends is the youth mentoring program of Youth Alternatives. We provide adult volunteer mentors for youth ages 6-14 in Cheyenne and surrounding communities.

Most of the youth in the Special Friends program come from low-income, single-parent families or are involved in counseling or court services at Youth Alternatives.
