YMCA and Heart Healthy Awareness

A lecture is set to take place at the YMCA Today (February 6th) in the community room concerning heart attack warning signs in women at 1 PM.

-The signs of a heart attack in women may differ from those in men, and therefore can be easily mistaken for ailments.  According to the American Heart Association, there are several important symptoms which may indicate if you are having a heart attack.

*Chest Pain or Discomfort

*Unusual Upper Body Discomfort

*Shortness of Breath

*Breaking Out in a Cold Sweat

*Unusual or Unexplained Fatigue

*Lightheadedness or Sudden Dizziness

*Nausea
