New operator Lisa Guglielmino provides a new way to snack healthy in LA.
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) February 27, 2013
Known for being an incredibly health conscious city, Los Angeles will now acquire Grow Vending Machines for healthy, balanced snack options- thanks to new operator Lisa Guglielmino and her family.
Seeking a business in which her whole family could participate in and feel good about being a part of, Lisa discovered Grow Vending and saw its potential for success in the Los Angeles area. With local businesses like hospitals, advertising agencies, magazines and universities expressing interest in Grow machines, Lisa believes that so far LA is responding positively to the idea of healthy snacks for their staff, students and patrons.
“We already have a number of interested parties and they are a very diverse group. Everyone is excited about the samples I bring, and I know personally, I would be excited to see the selections in a Grow machine rather than the same old, same old,” exclaims Guglielmino.
Confident that the community will benefit from the Grow program, Lisa has recently noticed an increased awareness and concern for health foods. After her attendance at the LAFit Expo at the Los Angeles Convention center in January for her 12-year-old daughter’s jump rope team competition, she noticed a tremendous interest from people in new forms of healthy eating and new kinds of healthy snacks and drinks.
Lisa’s new business, called Ride A Wave Vending (dedicated to the legacy of her father who passed away in December 2011), will be a team effort, as daily operations will be handled by both herself and her family members. She is excited to introduce Grow machines for not only their content, but also for their modern technology.
“I think the world is more than ready to see new choices and a new look in vending machines. Also, as more and more people choose to use credit and debit cards and avoid cash for transactions, the card readers are a big plus for the large group of consumers out there,” explains Lisa.
The Grow Vending System capitalizes on the growing national trend of healthy vending. As a pioneer in the industry, Grow Vending is the only company of its kind to give vending operators and locations a healthy, balanced approach to vending. Grow offers over 1,000 healthy and traditional products to meet the needs of locations nationwide.
“Los Angeles seems to be a hub of health nuts and people who really care about making healthy choices. The Grow team is eager to introduce its one-of-a-kind machines to the local area, and we are grateful for Lisa Guglielmino’s partnership,” voices Grow Vending Co-Founder, Christopher Wyland.
Lisa describes Grow Vending in her own words, “It’s an opportunity to offer something better than average to the public and make people’s days just a little bit brighter.”
