Delta Kappa Gamma Holds Annual Book Sale

On Saturday hundreds of people supported Delta Kappa Gamma's annual book sale.

There were about 45,000 books to choose from, all of them donated from people in the community. Most of the books went for $1 or $2.

On Sunday the ladies with Delta Kappa Gamma said they were still tallying the numbers but numbers were down. They had several thousand books left over.

Every year they put on the sale as a fundraiser for college scholarships and educational programs.

Left over books went to Good Will or were recycled.
