It's an annual event that draws the crowds and this year didn't disappoint. Close to 800 people were at Saturday's "Fur Ball" fundraiser put on by the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
The fundraiser was at Little America. This year's theme was "The Dirty Dog Saloon."
The night kicked off with "Yappy Hour," followed by dinner and an auction with all proceeds going to the shelter.
Last year the "Fur Ball" raised about $280,000. It's the shelter's biggest annual fundraiser. This year it was hoping for $300,000.
