On Monday authorities say they responded to dozens of crashes across the Capitol City.
One was on South Greeley Highway next to Interstate-80. An eye witness saw it all. Joseph Scott says he was driving north on South Greeley behind a man in a yellow truck. A woman in a purple Mazda was exiting I-80 and going too fast for the conditions. Scott says she was unable to stop and crashed into the yellow truck. A few cars back, a gold Buick had to slam on its brakes and ended up on the median.
Traffic was backed up for about 30 minutes while the scene was cleared. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
With more snow headed to the Tri-State region, the Wyoming Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to slow down and buckle up.
