To recognize National Goodwill Industries week Governor Mead signed a proclamation this afternoon honoring the organization in Wyoming.
Goodwill Industries of Wyoming has been in existence for the past forty-five years. People generally recognize Goodwill for their retail stores but they do so much more. They use the revenues from the stores to help provide for people with disabilities.
They also have work and residential programs along with services to help those with disabilities to live on their own. All of this is made possible because of donations made to stores and those who shop in those stores.
