* WINDS...West at 35 to 45 MPH sustained with gusts to 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Light weight and high profile vehicles traveling on Interstate 25...Interstate 80... and state roads east of Interstate 25 towards the Nebraska border have a heightened risk of blowover.
