Forecast as of 4:20 PM, Thursday

It was a fairly pleasant day for much of the area with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies and breezy winds. Some isolated thunderstorms developed north of Cheyenne during the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms will increase in coverage tonight over the Panhandle....

Tonight: Skies will be partly cloudy to mostly clear with temperatures falling in to the mid 40s. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible near Torrington early in the evening. Winds will remain breezy from the northwest at 10-20 MPH.

Friday: A cold front will move through the area early in the day allowing for cooler temperatures to move in to the region. Highs will be in the upper 60s and low to mid 70s under mostly sunny skies. Winds will be gusty behind the front at 20-30 MPH with gusts up to 40 MPH possible. Overnight, winds will be breezy with partly cloudy to mostly clear skies with temperatures falling in to the 30s.

Saturday: High pressure will bring sunny skies and pleasant temperatures to the Tri-State region. Highs will be in the mid 70s. Overnight, skies will be clear with temperatures in the 40s.

Sunday: Skies will be mostly sunny with temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Overnight lows will be comfortably cool as they reach the low to mid 40s.

Monday: Skies will become partly cloudy with temperatures reaching the upper 70s. Overnight, skies will be partly cloudy with temperatures in the 40s.

Tuesday through Thursday: Skies will be partly cloudy with temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s. As of now, the forecast looks to remain dry, but some isolated showers and thunderstorms may need to be added to the forecast on Tuesday and Wednesday.
