BREAKING: arrest made in homicide investigation; search for other person of interest

CHEYENNE, Wy.(KGWN)- Laramie County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in connection to the death of a Cheyenne resident found at a reservoir on November 26.

The suspect is a 17-year-old male and has been arrested for accessory before the act of arson and accessory after the fact of first degree murder.

The Laramie County Sheriffs Office is also now asking for the public's help locating another person of interest, 21-year-old Armando Ramirez-Serna. He is wanted for questioning in the investigation.

The public is urged to use extreme caution and if you see Ramirez-Serna don’t approach him. If you see him call 911 immediately.

The investigation is in regards to murder of 19-year-old Justin Robinson, who died from a single gun shot wound to the head.

On Sunday November 26, deputies were dispatched to Burlington Road on report of a vehicle that appeared to have been burned. When deputies were searching the area they saw a body floating in the water next to the shore-line, which was later identified as Robinson.

The vehicle that was burned appeared to be some type of Lincoln
SUV/Crossover. The year, model, color of the vehicle hasn't been released and the county arson team is still investigating.
