Cheyenne, Wyo.- The 4A State Golf Tournament begins on Friday at 8 a.m. at the Airport Golf Club in Cheyenne.

East's Blake Danni looks to repeat and the take boys individual trophy, but Central's Ethan Cates will give him a run for the title.

"If Ethan plays well and doesn't make too many mistakes, he could be right up there," said Mike Lepore, Indians golf coach.

"He's has Blake Danni from East [who] is a great player, Kelly Walsh has two or three good players, so it's going to be an interesting state tournament I think."

Danni and Cates will tee off on Friday at 8 a.m.
