So many of us make resolutions for 2019, but how many of us actually commit to these new starts.Resolutions usually fail after the first week. In fact, as many as 22% of resolutions don’t make it past the crucial first week. While 40% have been forgotten about after a month. To make sure you don’t fail, you’ve gotta keep reminding yourself of your goals and why you made a resolution in the first place. “One of the things i love about this job is seeing people day after day come in really make a habit out of it, make it part of their lifestyle coming into the gym everyday and really changing their lives” said Planet Fitness club manager Heidi Poch.Many of our local gyms are even promoting exercise challenges to keep the community from falling into those resolution statistics.
