Sam Galeotos announces plan to run for Wyoming Governor

Cheyenne, Wyo. - Yet another name has been added to the race for Wyoming governor.

Sam Galeotos plans to officially announce he is running for the job, during an event being held next Wednesday March 21 over at the Old West Museum.

Galeotos resigned as the president of the Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors last week so focus on his campaign.

Wyoming State Treasurer Mark Gordon announced his candidacy Thursday. Also in the running are Mary Throne, Harriett Hagema, Bill Dahlin,Taylor Haynes, and Rex Rammell.

Governor Matt Mead's second and final term is ending this year.
