CHEYENNE, Wyo - When cold weather hits sometimes cabin fever follows. The Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum is helping out, by keeping kids busy.
On Saturday, November 17 the Old West Museum will be hosting another Kids' Saturday Art Workshop. It begins at 9:30am and will go until 11:30am.
This is the second Fall Saturday Art Workshop. The Saturday Art Workshops are a fun two hours making arts and crafts while learning some Wyoming and Cheyenne history at the same time.
This month’s activity is a beautiful fall Thanksgiving decoration. As most of the trees lost their leaves before they turned this year, the museum is giving kids the opportunity to weave their own colorful fall tree. You can hang them your front door so all your Thanksgiving guests will know what they are thankful for this year!
It cost $5 per person for Museum members and $10 for non-members. The fee includes all your materials.
If you miss this Kids' Saturday Art Workshop, the final Kids’ Saturday Art Workshop in this series will be December 15, from 9:30am – 11:30am. Mark your calendars!
Seating is limited, please RSVP to Megan Hesser at firstname.lastname@example.org, online at www.oldwestmuseum.org or 307-778-7289 to reserve your spot.
