Cheyenne, Wyo. (KGWN) - Wyoming has a new governor, republican Mark Gordon. After the unofficial election results came in, Gordon discussed the future of Wyoming.
Gordon has a number of plans. He says that he wants to make sure that our communities have the resources they need to be able to build valuable infrastructure.
Having transparency is also something that Gordon feels strongly about. He says, "We have a working group that we put together. We look forward to bringing reforms to our process, making sure people understand how our budget works, making sure they understand where our money goes."
Gordon explains that it is important that governors follow up on their actions, stating, "I think if you look at my career as treasurer, I’ve done everything that I said I was going to do."
