Laramie wins 4A state swim meet for back-to-back titles

Laramie, Wyo. - The Lady Plainsmen are your 4A State Swim champions! Laramie took first place with 318 points, winning back-to-back state titles.

The last time the Lady Plainsmen won two consecutive titles was in 2000-2001.

Laramie's relay team won the 200 free relay (1:37.04) and won the 400 free relay (3:35.31).

Laramie earned third place in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:51.93.

One Lady Plainsmen won two individual state titles. Olivia McPherson won the 50 yard free (22.94) and the 100 yard free (50.15).

Central's Emma Reed earned second place in the 1 Meter Diving event (350.65).

Central's 200 medley relay team won fifth place with a time of 1:54.94.

The Lady Indians finished 5th overall, while South earned 9th, and East took 12th.
